Perth’s Inner City and Western Suburbs

The popular inner city suburbs of Perth, including Northbridge, North Perth, Leederville, Mt Lawley, Subiaco, West Perth, East Perth and Mt Hawthorn are all vibrant hotspots, with a multitude of new and established cafes, bars and restaurants making these areas incredibly liveable for singles, couples and flat shares. We have a range of house and land packages available that are best suited to high density inner city living.

Perth’s most expensive and exclusive housing hugs the northern banks of the Swan River west of the city through Nedlands, Dalkeith, Claremont, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park and along the beach from Cottesloe to City Beach. Land in these suburbs is some of the most sought after in the country, and we have exclusive blocks available in house and land packages with Perth’s most experienced builders.

Northern Suburbs

Perth is renowned for its pristine beaches and the suburbs lying north of the city and west of Marmion Avenue are testament to this. Residents in Scarborough, Trigg, North Beach, Marmion, Sorrento, Hillarys, Kallaroo, Mullaloo and Ocean Reef enjoy the quintessential West Australian beachside lifestyle. Further to the east lies the heart of the northern suburbs in the stretch east of Marmion Avenue and west of the Mitchell Freeway. The suburbs in this strip include, Karrinyup, Gwelup, Carine, Duncraig, Padbury, Craigie, Beldon and Heathridge.

On the eastern side of the freeway are the suburbs of Warwick, Greenwood, Kingsley and Woodvale. House prices generally decrease northwards up to the City of Joondalup, but a great advantage of these suburbs is they fall along the train line, which makes for a convenient and cheap commuting alternative. Mixed Use and Transitional Northern Suburbs

A number of larger suburbs cluster around the inner city suburbs, providing a mix of residential, commercial and retail zones. These suburbs include Innaloo, Balcatta, Osborne Park, Bayswater, Bassendean and Malaga. House prices in these areas are constantly increasing as rezoning occurs and they begin to be more celebrated for their proximity to the city and transport options. Rather than large developments, we offer unique packages in these areas to suit the blocks as they become available.

Coastal North

Two Rocks and Yanchep with stunning coastline and natural bush land have always been popular for those seeking a quiet beachside escape from the city, but now people are flocking to the area, seeing the quality of lifestyle on offer and plans to open the train line further (currently at Butler). Alkimos, 10 minutes south of Yanchep, is the new kid on the block with brand-new house and land packages on offer to take advantage of the close proximity to the ocean. North Eastern Suburbs
