Perth’s Inner City and Western Suburbs
The popular inner city suburbs of Perth, including Northbridge, North Perth, Leederville, Mt Lawley, Subiaco, West Perth, East Perth and Mt Hawthorn are all vibrant hotspots, with a multitude of new and established cafes, bars and restaurants making these areas incredibly liveable for singles, couples and flat shares. Perth’s most expensive and exclusive housing hugs the northern banks of the Swan River west of the city through Nedlands, Dalkeith, Claremont, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park and along the beach from Cottesloe to City Beach. Land in these suburbs is some of the most sought after in the country, and we have exclusive blocks available in house and land packages with Perth’s most experienced builders.
Perth is renowned for its pristine beaches and the suburbs lying north of the city and west of Marmion Avenue are testament to this. Residents in Scarborough, Trigg, North Beach, Marmion, Sorrento, Hillarys, Kallaroo, Mullaloo and Ocean Reef enjoy the quintessential West Australian beachside lifestyle. Further to the east lies the heart of the northern suburbs in the stretch east of Marmion Avenue and west of the Mitchell Freeway. On the eastern side of the freeway are the suburbs of Warwick, Greenwood, Kingsley and Woodvale. House prices in these areas are constantly increasing as rezoning occurs and they begin to be more celebrated for their proximity to the city and transport options.
